INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select regions, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
2. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We provide standard shipping for both domestic and international orders. All shipments include tracking, and tracking details will be sent via email once the order is processed.
3. HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING? (DOMESTIC)
Standard shipping is free on all orders $30 and over, excluding tax and after discounts are applied. Orders up to $29.99 are charged a flat rate of $2.99. Shipping costs for remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.) may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
4. HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING? (INTERNATIONAL)
International shipping fees vary depending on destination and package weight. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.
5. WILL MY ORDER BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are non-refundable.
6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order has already been placed, please contact support as soon as possible with your order number and updated address. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
7. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). International delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the destination.
8. MY TRACKING NUMBER HAS NO UPDATES
Tracking information may take several days to update. If there are no updates after 10 business days, please contact support with your order number.
9. I DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER
You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact support.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Refunds or replacements are available within 30 days of purchase for damaged or defective items.
